Below, please find links to the facilitator guides for case presentations.  These facilitator guides are only applicable to the case presentations, of modules 13-18 in every series.

Additionally, we have included evaluation forms for every presentation.  Please have each student complete an evaluation at the time of your presentation.  Also included are documentation forms for each facilitator to provide feedback for OMM skills learned by the students during the presentation. 

Remember, each student is expected to provide documentation of OMM competency in at least six of the eighteen areas during an academic year.
